Client Responsibilities and Hosting Funding

Clients guarantee that all provided training data, intellectual property, and digital assets adhere strictly to applicable data protection regulations and software licensing laws.
Limitation of Service Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" foundation without guarantees of specific monetary yields, search engine index positions, or fixed processing speeds.
